Orlando Bloom is currently the hunkiest Brit in Hollywood, thanks to his role in the mega-hit Pirates Of The Caribbean. While we can all look forward to Orly making us swoon in the third film in the swashbuckling saga next May, he's recently been making us laugh.

That's right, Orlando's done a quick cameo in the hit comedy show Extras for Ricky Gervais.

"Comedy is the new direction for me. I love hearing laughter when I am on camera," he said.

That's lucky - because I hear the bosses of The Simpsons are also booking him to appear on the show.
