Since releasing Radio and Misunderstood, things have been a bit quiet from Robbie. And those tunes weren't exactly of the sort we've come to love from Britain's finest solo singer.
But that's all about to change as we leak news on the planned album of duets he's secretly putting together. The best thing is that he's going to do it in the style of his mega-selling album Swing When Your Singing - the one which saw him in Frank Sinatra mode.
He told my mole at the Brits last week that he's got a wish list of stars to sing and swing with, which include the likes of Tony Bennett and Andy Williams, as well as fellow Brit winner Joss Stone. Her success in America can do nothing but help of course.
