It's been just a few days since she dropped her sprog.
But already Nicole Richie's fella, Joel Madden, is posting online updates on their new baby girl.
"I am finally home with my beautiful girlfriend and our brand new little daughter," Joel blogged on his DCMA collective website last night.
Under the heading "It's A Girl!!!!", Joel was every inch the proud new dad, noting that his and Nic's new daughter, Harlow Winter Kate Madden, born last Friday, "looks so much like her mom its crazy!"
"She eats like a little maniac and she's really sweet," Joel wrote.
"She barely ever cries, even when daddy is changing her diaper, and believe me I suck when it comes to diapers, but I'm learning! I can't wait to show off some pictures."
Joel also thanked well-wishers "for all the love and kind words" he and Nic had received since the lil' un was born, adding:
"If you'd like to send something, we'd rather you make a donation to the Richie-Madden Foundation, which we started in Harlow Winter's honour."
