Nicole Still Loves Tom

Nicole KidmanNicole Kidman has been speaking openly about her split from ex-husband Tom Cruise, six years on.

And she says she still loves the star, whose fiancee, Katie Holmes, recently gave birth to his new daughter Suri.

Tom and Nicole split back in 2000, after a 10-year marriage. They have two adopted children, Isabella, 13, and Connor, 11.

Nic, who is rumoured to be engaged to country music star Keith Urban, opened up to Ladies' Home Journal.

She said of Tom's superstar status: "He was huge; still is. To me, he was just Tom, this lovely man, but to everybody else, he is huge.

"But he was lovely to me. And I loved him. I still love him."

She admitted: "I knew I was going to get hit by something, but I think a divorce, and the demise of what your family is, is a little like a death in itself."

It remains to be seen whether Nicole does marry Keith this summer, as per the chat - reports are that she may even beat Tom and Katie down the aisle.
