But don't expect to hear wedding bells anytime soon.

Well, that's exactly what Nicollette, 43, told reporters at the New York City premiere of Code Name: The Cleaner.

"I don't have time for wedding plans anymore, but we are extremely happy," she said.

Nicollette and Michael dated for several years in the early nineties, then went their separate ways.

But they got back together at the beginning of 2006 and announced their engagement in March.

However, even though the couple isn't getting hitched anytime soon, Nicollette says Michael, 53, is music to her ears.

Surely he's written a song professing his love for the bombshell?:

"No... but he's just about to start on his new album, so we'll see," she said.
