She's one of Hollywood's most glam and enduring leading ladies.
But Nicole Kidman insists she's never gone under the knife.
The 40-year-old actress said her body has had no artificial helping hand, instead attributing her well-preserved looks to staying off the cigarettes and using lots of sun cream.
"I wear sunscreen and I don't smoke," Nic told Vanity Fair.
"I take care of myself. I'm proud to say that. To be honest, I am completely natural."
And if you're wondering where Nic gets her down-to-earth attitude from, seems it's thanks to her hubby, Keith Urban.
Nic supported singer Keith through a stint in rehab, and appears to have been much inspired by the caring-sharing experience.
"I've learned an enormous amount having a relationship with someone who is in recovery," she said, adding:
"I'm more than willing to walk it with him (Keith). The two of us are very committed to our relationship."
