Why?
Well, Babs reckons she's "too old for snogging scenes".
Seventy-year-old Barbara, who plays Peggy Mitchell, told The Sun: "As you get on a bit, you become very nervous about things such as kissing scenes.
"I'm not sure viewers want to see older people doing all that."
She went on, saying: "I like Peggy single.
"Pat (Pam St Clement) bagged the lovely Christopher Ellison (who played Len Harken) recently, so I won't be able to get in there."
Babs, fear not.
We're sure there are oodles of men who'd like to bond with Pegs for a spot of OAP snogging.
