Because, IMDB reports that Orly is to be investigated by the LAPD after the car crash on Friday.

Orly was driving home and another car was thought to have made a sudden lane change, causing him to swerve and hit two parked cars, it was reported.

Now, there's a bit of confusion, as Orly did report the crash to authorities, and was present when they arrived.

But now IMDB says there's alleged paparazzi video footage of him walking away from the crash.

The police determined Orly was not under the influence of drugs or drink at the time of the crash, but are now said to be investigating the possibility of a hit and run, alleges TMZ.com.

In an interview with the police, Orly apparently claims the paparazzi cut him off, causing the crash.
