Our Date With George

You'll never believe what George Clooney's gone and done.
Our meeting with the man himself has left us reeling.
Because he's...
Even nicer and more gorgeous in the flesh than you could ever imagine.
We got to chat to (and, erm, touch) George on the red carpet at the Leatherheads premiere and our encounter with him has left our knees weak.
In fact, so buff is George in the flesh we had to ask him about keeping those biceps in shape. We also had to restrain ourselves from asking if we could have a squeeze of them.
When asked about his training regime for the movie, which George not only directed but also stars in as a football hero, he told Sky Showbiz: "I drank a lot."
He went on: "I play a lot of basketball so I was playing every day for a while, just, you know, because it's your legs - the rest of you can take it, but your legs start to go after a few days."
Seeing all the admiring female fans holding up "Will You Marry Me, George?" signs, we asked him, on average, how many proposals he gets a month.
Putting his good sense of humour to use, he told us: "You know, some of these people are actual relatives so that seems wrong... "
His co-star Renee Zellweger told Sky Showbiz: "George is a little talented, so it was not a bad day at the office."
Not bad indeed.
We were on the verge of asking George to marry us, but decided we'll wait till he pops the question instead. We're quite traditional like that.
Enjoy George for yourself by clicking on the two pics above (of George with Renee and of Renee alone) and seeing our video/pics of the evening.
Our pals at Sky News were there too - click here for more.
