Lisa B We've been around town, sniffing out celebs.

And Lisa B was one of those on our radar.

The model chatted to us about all things glam and girl power.

Wearing a summery white dress and sexy black heels, Lisa spilled all on her new book, Lifestyle Essentials.

"We're just supposed to be great mums and great cooks and great career women now as well. The point is just to get through that stuff without being too hard on yourself.

"Also it's about giving yourself some time as well, and treating yourself..."

So talking all things feminine, who's Lisa's style icon?

"Well, Kate Moss obviously has amazing style," she said.

And she's also fan of Ms Agyness Deyn.

"She's gorgeous and she's a lovely girl," said Lisa of Aggie. "I actually sat next to her at a dinner recently. She's really lovely and really down to earth."

We're glad to see the celebrity love is being spread.
