The former pin-up is continuing her reformed take on life.

She's shunning the party-hard lifestyle and instead opting for a quiet and restained way forward.

"I've been kind of reining it in and really focusing on my career," Abi told Sky Showbiz at the Galaxy British Book Awards.

"I don't really want to do the whole celebrity party scene or anything like that anymore.

"It's fun for a while, but then you kind of grow up and focus. If you want a career you've got to be seriously and work hard at it."

Wise words, Abi.

In fact so serious was the blonde lady about her new outlook on life, she confirmed to us that she's stayed off alcohol for the past year - well, mostly.

"Click for pics of the Galaxy Book AwardsI've had a few nights out, so not completely... but that's the best thing I've ever done," she said in reference to her abstinence.

Abi, who's set to release her autobiography soon, also gave us a tempting tidbit on her love life.

"I am dating," she answered when we asked whether she was single.

But when we pressed for a name, she went all coy, saying: "Oh, some lucky man."

Given there are rumours that she's dating Hustle star Marc Warren, we have to say we're very intrigued indeed...
