The young socialite doesn't even have to ask for things anymore - all she needs to do is say she likes something and then her boy Paris will get it.
Luckily for girl Paris, the recent gift comes in the slightly-tricky-to-wrap form of a massive mansion.
So, exactly how did this gift-purchasing come about?
Well, the Paris pair popped out one evening to a party in Beverly Hills, the destination was a Mediterranean-style house, decorated by Esquire magazine and recently owned by American footballer Keyshawn Johnson.
The long-haired Paris instantly fell in love with the pad - worth a healthy $12million - that's about 6.5million in sterling.
So like all good fiances, super wealthy Mr Latsis just decided to buy his Mrs-to-be the snazzy property.
He is a Greek shipping heir after all.
