However, it now looks likely that she won't be facing charges, due to the fact that there is no legal proof that the alleged drugs featured in the video are genuine.

Though saying that, she may still be required to give evidence against the other peeps involved in the apparent scandal.

"At present, there is no prospect of Peaches being charged with criminal offences. However, she could end up being a vital witness," a police source told the Daily Mail.
