In fact Carey has spoken out to put all these whisperings to rest.
He told Las Vegas Review that the reports are "just a bunch of trash talk.
"It's just a nasty rumour.
"Everything's fine."
And it must be as he even added that he's leaving for Europe next week so he can be with his pop wifey on tour.
