The speculation seems to be based on a sighting of Vic leaving the Madrid hospital where she gave birth to her third son, Cruz.
Oh, and the fact she held her huge Fendi bag over her tummy as she walked to the car.
According to New! magazine, snappers thought she was trying to shield a baby bump from them - just as she did when Cruz was a weeny bun in the oven.
She's certainly made it no secret that she wants more tots - and preferably a little girl to add to her three boys Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz.
She said: "I would love a girl. I imagine myself painting her nails, putting her make-up on, choosing her clothes."
Hubby David has also said he'd like a daughter.
Hmmmn... while we'd love it to be true we have just two words for you at this stage - 'salt' and 'pinch'.
