But Victoria Beckham says hubby David is a rather deep soul nonetheless.
Chatting to OK! magazine, Posh Spice revealed some of their endearing moments as a couple.
She said: "I speak to David around ten times a day and at least one of those times is an hour long."
We'd hate to see the phone bill at the end of the month.
She went on to say: "People always say how important it is for partners to have a good friendship - and we have. I talk about the same sort of things with him that I do with my best friend.
"A lot of people think he's a bit dim but when you get to know him he is actually quite deep."
So, next stop deep discussions on Nietzsche, then?
