Yes, yes, we all love our boyfriends and think they're pretty amazing (some of the time).
But we don't blab on to strangers about how magnificent they are.
Clearly, the chicks in the Showbiz Shed don't have what it takes to be celebrities...
Because effusing about one's other half is par for the course in Tinseltown.
And the latest star to bang on about their lover is Rachel McAdams.
Talking about her Oscar nominated boyf Ryan Gosling's work ethic, she said:
"He never does the same thing twice. He's very brave. I don't think he sees the point unless he can find out what he's made of every time.
"He just doesn't back off. He goes into everything from that place."
And clearly some of this has rubbed off on her, as she told Elle magazine: "I'm not going to make movies just to make movies. I have to be passionate about it."
The mag reports that she turned down parts in Mission: Impossible III, Casino Royale, The Devil Wears Prada and the upcoming Get Smart.
She and Ryan worked together on 2004's The Notebook - but didn't start dating until after the movie finished.
