Look out Billie, there's another pop cutie with her eyes on a role in the Doctor Who Tardis.
And it sounds like Rachel Stevens would use the new job to time travel away from her pop career.
Rachel has made no secret of her love of acting, after originally going up for Billie Piper's part in Doctor Who and voicing her desire to play the next Bond Girl.
And, after a short stint in the lastest Deuce Bigalow movie, she's got a recall audition for a role in a new, saucier, adult Doctor Who spin-off called Torchwood.
That's an anagram of Doctor Who, dontcha know.
If Rachel bagged the job, she'd be playing a character called Gwen, opposite John Barrowman - who plays bisexual Captain Jack from the first series.
"I've been called back for a meeting about a permanent role," admits Rach in the Daily Mirror.
"I so hope I get it as I'm sick of being attacked for my music."
Let's hope the sensitive lassy gets the same plaudits as Billie, then.
