But don't make those kind of careless generalisations in front of rapper LL Cool J.

The 38-year-old is furious at rumours he's gone down the surgery route to keep his face and figure looking hot.

He fumed: "There are so many people speculating over what they think that I am doing. Is he doing steroids? Did he get plastic surgery?

"It tells me they cheat and they're cheaters. They're not willing to make the sacrifices necessary, and go through the pain necessary, in order to get in the best shape they can possibly be, so they don't believe I am willing to do it either.

He dismissed the claims, saying he's never had surgery or taken steroids - he's a firm believer in "no pain, no gain".

"I really do work out hard, and I really do diet. I really did do it. I really do dunk."

We hope he's not talking about biscuits...
