Renee ZellwegerRenee ZellwegerThe big pants, the English accent and her clueless antics...

Bridget Jones has a wee space in our movie-loving hearts.

But alas, Bridge could be no more.

Renee Zellweger has laid down some strict rules if she is to consider donning the big pants and piling on the pounds for a third time.

She said returning to the role - in which an older but none the wiser Bridget becomes pregnant by the caddish Daniel Cleaver - would have certain provisos:

"I don't know if I would. It depends on so many factors.

"First Helen would have to ask me to come back, and then there has to be a script that we can all agree on.

"It seems there is some kind of talk but it's not with the people who make the movie or write the books."

She really isn't worried about beefing up for the role: "The least of my concerns would be putting the weight on again.

"I've said it before, I like looking a little more voluptuous."

Funny, then, that she always slims down to teeny size after the filming is done.
