Robbie WilliamsRobbie WilliamsRobbie Williams thinks he has a little bit in common with Batman's alter-ego Bruce Wayne...

His lack of fame in the US, where he currently lives, means some women just don't realise who he is.

And he loves it.

"It happened with this girl a few months ago," Robbie told the Daily Mirror.

"It was in America and not everyone there knows my face. The first time she came to my house she was like 'Who are you?'

"I sat down and said 'I'm a singer' and put on the DVD of my Knebworth show, telling her 'Have a look at this'.

"It blew her mind. It was brilliant. I was like Bruce Wayne when he says to his lady 'I'm Batman'.

Robbie also told November's GQ that girls often refuse to have sex with him because they want to marry him - and think if they sleep with him straight away he won't respect them.

"It can be frustrating, especially if all I'm after is meaningless sex," he told the magazine.

But apparently Robbie has been out on secret dates over the summer with a mystery woman.

He told New!: "I've had a relationship in Los Angeles for five months that nobody knows about. They don't know who I am in LA. Or rather, they're not bothered."

Some suggest the "mystery date" is Jimmy Choo millionaireness Tamara Mellon, 37, who he was linked to earlier this summer.
