While Ryan calls seeing his ex with a new dude simply "bizarre", we call it downright devastating. Sob.

But clearly Ryan has a better grip on his emotions that we do.

The 33-year-old told USA Today that he avoids looking at photos of Reese and Jake, saying: "There’s plenty of times when I say, ’What a strange situation I’ve found myself in.’

Ryan’s not exactly lonely though - he’s been linked to actress Abbie Cornish.

And happily Ryan says he’d be up for tying the knot again: "I can see doing it again, yeah. And I can certainly see possibly having children again.

"I’m pretty young, and there are many beautiful things about that idea of marriage and family.

"It just doesn’t always work out perfect for everybody."
