Sir Sean ConnerySir Sean ConneryGetting all excited about the new fourth installment of Indiana Jones?

Sorry, but here's some bad news from Sir Sean Connery.

The knighted thesp says he won't come out of retirement to be in the film.

Sir Sean had played Indiana's father in the last film, Indiana Jones And The Last Crusade.

But in 2005, Sean made a pact that he would retire from acting, and it seems even the lure of Indy won't drag him off his sofa.

"I thought long and hard about it, and if anything could have pulled me out of retirement it would have been an Indiana Jones film," said the 76-year-old.

"I love working with Steven (Spielberg) and George (Lucas), and it goes without saying that it is an honor to have Harrison as my son. But in the end, retirement is just too damned much fun."

Harrison FordHarrison FordInstead, the cast will include John Hurt, Ray Winstone, Cate Blanchett and of course, Harrison Ford.

Even though Harrison is now 64-years-old, he'll still be putting on his safari fatigues to resume his role as Indy.

"This is a remarkable cast, and I can only say, 'Break a leg, everyone,'" adds Sir Sean.

In Harrison Ford's case, let's hope that advice isn't literal.
