Sharon To Quit X Factor?

This time involving Sharon Osbourne.

There's chat around that Sharon may also be leaving the reality TV series... but not until the end of the next season.

A source told the Daily Express: "Simon Cowell and Sharon have exchanged faxes sorting her future out with the show, and her plans do not include X Factor."

Just last week, judge Louis Walsh and host Kate Thornton were given the chop from the show.

Said the source: "With the axe being wielded on X Factor, it's got everyone running scared, and Sharon knows her name was mentioned in that shake-up."

Instead, the source claims Sharon has asked about becoming a judge on Simon's US reality show, America's Got Talent:

A spokesman did not confirm Sharon's decision to leave The X Factor, but did tell the Express:

"She has a lot of things coming up, including a film and a worldwide TV special, but she will be back in that judge's chair on X Factor this summer."
