Sharon Watts is coming back to Albert Square AGAIN - for dad Dirty Den's second demise.
New EastEnders boss John York is desperate to get busty blonde actress Letitia Dean, a real ratings puller, back into the Square, according to The Sun's TV Biz.
Den is murdered with a blow from a dog-shaped doorstop - almost as bad as the gun-in-the-daffodils plot years back, when he fell in the river and disappeared.
Sharon is set to play a big part in the final scenes, to be screened on the 20th anniversary of 'Enders on 18 February.
Den spoke the show's first line back in 1985.
Sharon fled the Square for New York with little sister Vickie after Den meddled in her relationship with adoptive brother Dennis.
He told Dennis' girlfriend Zoe Slater (Michelle Ryan) to fake a pregnancy - then got her pregnant himself.
According to our showbiz guru, Ann Montini, Michelle has also been offered a hefty pay deal to stay. She's due to leave later in the year, whilst actor Nigel Harman, who plays Dennis, is on a movie sabbatical.
Letitia Dean has left the show several times over the years but is thought to have been promised an explosive new love triangle with Phil and Grant Mitchell.
With the return of Mitchell matriarch Peggy (Babs Windsor) confirmed, that now looks more likely.
