But it seems that young Preston is keen on engagements, as news reaches us that he's now proposed to new love Chantelle Houghton.
They've been stepping out together for just nine weeks - Preston split with Camille soon after they decided to get married.
But Paris Hilton lookalike, Chantelle, is "over the moon" after The Ordinary Boy popped the question in Brighton on Monday night.
The Sun reports that the diamond ring comes courtesy of his mum, and quotes Chantelle as saying: "She gave it to him to give to me. Now I just want to marry him."
According to mates of the couple, they have even talked about children and plan to walk the aisle towards the end of the year.
It has to be said, the twosome have been inseparable since they started going out, with both enjoying some impressive post Big Bro popularity.
Chantelle is currently filming a TV series for E4, whilst Preston's band, The Ordinary Boys, have enjoyed chart success and have been named as a support act for Robbie Williams on his world tour.
