Jude Law and Sienna Miller were predictably all over each other at the World premiere of their new movie Alfie.
But Miller was again quick to dismiss speculation the couple are getting married.
"We're very happy, things are great," she said, before reiterating the couple are not engaged. "I don't understand why some newspapers wrote that," added the 22-year-old actress.
And comparing Law to the movie's lead character, which he plays, she added: "He's as charming but not such a misogynistic b******."
The pair had the look of love in London's Leicester Square for the remake of the 60s classic, which starred Michael Caine.
Law takes on Caine's role of the loveable rogue with the setting being 21st Century Manhattan, rather than 1960s London.
Alfie director Charles Shyer revealed the couple's attraction began during a screen test at his home.
He said: "They met in my living room, she is a pretty girl. We drank some wine, did some screen tests, then drank more wine. It evolved from there."
Sir Michael Caine, who was not at last night's premiere, has given the remake his seal of approval.
He said: "I think it's great that Jude is playing Alfie. He is a friend and I'm a great admirer of his. I think he's a wonderful actor."
Despite all the hype, Alfie Mark II hasn't impressed the critics. The Sun says its biggest downfall is Law, claiming he "can't do comedy", and Sky's very own Neil Sean advises fans to "wait for the DVD".
Alfie opens in the UK on October 22 and the US next month.
