His surname may mean something sweet, but Sir Alan Sugar's latest move is anything but.
The Apprentice boss fired not one but two contestants in the latest show shocker.
But who got told they were now closed for business?
The two ladies in question were Jenny Celerier and Jennifer Maguire, who were sent home following a task in Morocco, which saw the contestants battle it out on a two-day business trip in Marrakech.
Jenny said: "The Marrakech task was the first one that I found quite difficult.
"I did not have much to fight my corner with. I was for the first time the weakest candidate.
"I knew I needed to pull something out of the bag."
A stone-faced Sir Alan told her: "You know what, it seems to me that you hang on every word I say then turn it on your colleagues... no good. Sorry, same old story. Jenny, you're fired. Goodbye."
The other J, Jennifer, said it had all been a "fantastic experience". She also said: "I want to work for myself and I have a passion for fashion."
She reckons the winner of the show should be Helene Speight, saying: "I think she's a fantastic girl."
Yes, but will Sir Alan agree?
Viewers also saw the contestants have a bit of a debate about whether or not kosher chicken could be blessed in a mosque.

The Apprentice
Lee "That's what I'm talking about" McQueen was gobsmacked after beating 20,000 hopefuls to win the ultimate prize of being labelled this year's Apprentice winner.
Sir Alan hired him on the strength of his amazing dinosaur impression - no, sorry, on the strength of his performance delivery over the gruelling 12-week comp.
