The Police wooed our hearts with their classic hits Walking On The Moon and Every Breath You Take...
So when talk of a possible reunion surfaced, we couldn't help but get giddy with nostalgia.
To celebrate the group's 30th anniversary, Sting, 55, says he's considering a reunion with former band mates Stewart Copeland and guitarist Andy Summers:
"We started 30 years ago so it would be nice to do something to celebrate. We don't quite know what, but we're talking about it."
One option would be a series of summer concerts across the UK and the United States.
Said Sting: "I'm very proud of the band we were in. I left the band because I felt I wanted to grow as a musician, to mature as a musician and to try more things than a band is able to do.
"A band is very constricted. I spent the last 25 years exploring that freedom and having a great time."
If the band does indeed get together, this would be the group's first reunion since they split in 1984.
