The American Pie actress - who claims not to be that much of a party girl - has just had her 30th birthday.

And in true Tara style, she looked a little worse for wear as she put what looked like a firework cigar in her mouth.

After spending the summer filming her Wild On... series for E!, you'd have thought Tara would be chilling out and popping her tired feet up.

But oh no, not on her 30th - which in true girly style she managed to stretch out to two evenings on the razz.

First off, at the weekend, she celebrated the start of her fourth decade at Mood nightclub in West Hollywood.

Then a couple of days later, it was the Rok Bar in South Miami Beach, Florida which witnessed another bash for Tara.

This time she had a big chocolate cake and crazy firework sparkler things, which she promptly put in her mouth.

Wearing a slinky silver top - which showed off her ample bosomage - over some jeans, she looked like she was having a blast quaffing from a huge bottle of pink stuff and boogying with her mates.
