But that's not to say that Tara Palmer Tomkinson's frame isn't able to shock every now and then...
Pictured at the Memoirs Of A Geisha premiere, Tara looked super thin in a white dress.
The I'm A Celebrity star has spoken openly in the past about her weight - revealing that whilst she is thin, she definitely does not suffer from an eating disorder.
But her weight wasn't at the forefront of her mind at the bash as she chatted to the Daily Mirror about her struggle with drugs:
"I can't go mad dancing any more because everyone automatically says I'm coked off my head.
"But that couldn't be further from the truth."
She also told the paper that whenever she starts a new job she takes a drug test to confirm she's sticking to a clean life away from cocaine.
But there's still one addiction Tara has left to beat: nicotine.
She recently took part in Channel 4's Cold Turkey to beat the habit, but told the 3am girls how she nipped off for sneaky fags during filming.
