She really is a scream.
The actress has been causing havoc playing pranks on her co-stars during filming for Run Fat Boy Run.
So much so that actor-turned-director David Schwimmer dubbed her the "the queen of practical jokes".
But it was funnyman Simon Pegg who fell foul to Thandie's naughty horseplay.
She filled all his water bottles with vodka at the media event set up to promote the film, at which she told how she also covered the toilet with cellophane.
She said: "He is so extremely easy to do these things to.
"Today at the press junket, I brought in two litres of vodka and replaced his water with it.
"I got him, what a sap."
We bet they had a right giggle on set.
