TMZ.com reported that David had hospitalised after falling off the wagon, and that his rep, Judy Katz, said in a statement:
"David had a brief relapse and immediately recognised the importance of addressing it with the assitance of doctors.
"He is doing fine and will be back at home in the morning."

We contacted his rep, who told us that David went home last night.
His rep told us: "He is doing fine."
