Heidi Klum is engaged to Seal after the singer proposed on a mountain top.
"We affianced on a glacier in Whistler (Canada)," Heidi wrote on her website.
"We reached this beautiful place by helicopter one day before Christmas Eve. It was a unique experience."
Heidi, 31, got it together with Seal a year ago - when she was six months pregnant with another man's child.
Her daughter Leni - whose father is racing supremo and Naomi Campbell's ex Flavio Briatore - was born last May.
Heidi, who played Bond girl Ursula Andress in The Life And Death Of Peter Sellars, has been married once before, divorcing three years ago.
It's going to be the first time established bachelor Seal (real name Sealhenry Samuel), 41, ties the knot.
