Tom Cruise has been back on US TV - but don't worry, there was no sofa-jumping.
This time he was talking about a recent strange baby purchase and that much reported childbirth screaming-ban.
After jumping on the furniture to express his love for Katie on Oprah's show back in May, a more reserved Tom has been making baby talk with US interviewer Barbara Walters.
During their chat he revealed the latest gizmo to make its way into the Cruise/Holmes household - an ultrasound machine.
The high-tech piece of hospital equipment, which could have set him back anything up to $200,000, allows Tom to have a peek at his unborn baby whenever he feels like it.
Mere mortals, of course, just have to await their regular check-up at the hospital.
"I bought a sonogram machine," Tom admitted on the catchily-titled show Barbara Walters Presents: The 10 Most Fascinating People of 2005.
"I am going to donate it to a hospital when we are done," he added.
When asked if he's had a look to check the sex of the foetus, Tom was elusive.
"Barbara, I would tell you. I would say, 'I know if it's a boy or a girl, and I'm not telling you.'"
As for reports that Tom's Scientology beliefs will ban Katie from yelling out during childbirth - well, he's setting the record straight on that one.
"There have been misinterpretations that the woman can't make any noise," said Tom, who plans to marry Katie next year.
"It's just not true. It's nutty. Whatever she's going through she's going to go through. And I'm going to be there."
Wearing earplugs, perhaps?
