Tom and Katie are moving into Oprah's neighbourhood.
After leaping on Ms Winfrey's TV couch to profess his early love for Katie Holmes, Tom is now moving, with missus Katie and daughter Suri, next door to the chat-show host.
TomKat have invested in some land in Montecito, which means they will have a whole roof rack of other celebs as neighbours too.
For those whose without their GCSE in US geography, Montecito is a tres showbiz seaside resort 90 miles north of LA, populated almost entirely by famous types.
Oprah has a $50 million 42-acre property there and Ellen DeGeneres also owns a big patch of land with girlfriend Portia Di Rossi.
The Cruises have bought Rob Lowe's $3.5 million three-acre site.
The dusty patch of ground doesn't look very impressive now, but there are existing plans for a spanking new mansion on the land.
Tom and Katie have also recently been rumoured to have spent $35 million on a new Beverly Hills home to add to their portfolio of abodes.
It's enough property excitement to make you want to bounce off the furniture.
