Now, it seems, everybody in Tinseltown has to have a toyboy.

And thanks to Hollywood socialite Ivana Trump, no man under 30 is safe.

Flirting lessons  

The 55-year-old, who is dating an Italian model 20 years her junior, is to give senior singletons expert advice on how to bag eligible young bachelors in a new reality TV show to be screened in the US.

It will be a programme that dozens of single stars will, no doubt, want to catch.

Among them could be former model Jerry Hall, 48, who recently confessed she's appearing in a TV dating show on music channel VH1 in an effort to find herself a younger man.

And actress Sharon Stone might also cancel her social arrangements to watch Ivana's show  - she's on the look out for a youngster following her divorce from Phil Bronstein last year. She does have one condition, though - her dates can be young, but they must behave like gentlemen.

Everyone's at it  

Madonna & Guy RitchieThe new trend is backed up by extensive surveys. One found that nearly a third of single women in America are now stepping out with men younger than them.

Relationship expert Catriona Willis has said women are attracted to youthful men because their exuberance gives their lives a kick-start.

"A younger partner can remind you that you can still take chances in life and have fun," she said.

Since Elizabeth Taylor married builder Larry Fortensky, two decades her junior, Hollywood has spawned a string of 'cradle-snatching' women.

Among them is Joan Collins, who says she 'has never been happier' with partner Percy Gibson, 32 years her junior.

At the same time, 32-year-old Cameron Diaz is reportedly 'smitten' with 23-year-old Justin Timberlake.

The list continues  

The list of unlikely matches is endless. Madonna with Guy Ritchie, who is ten years her junior; Barbara Windsor, 67, who is married to her chauffeur, 41-year-old Scott Mitchell; Susan Sarandon, 56, who is paired up with 44-year-old Tim Robbins; and actress Joely Richardson, 39, who is reputed to be dating her 27-year-old Nip/Tuck co-star John Hensley, who plays her son in the TV series.

And then there's Sadie Frost who bagged Jude Law - until he fell for the charms of 21-year-old Sienna Miller.  

Unlucky in love  

Less lucky in young love is Sandra Bullock, 40. She split from her 23-year-old lover Ryan Gosling after a two-year romance.

And Liza Minnelli's marriage to 48-year-old producer David Guest fared badly too. The 57-year-old split from Guest just 16 months after their wedding.

If only they'd spoken to Ivana.
