Uma Thurman has testified in court.
The star took the stand in New York to recount her scary moments in a case against a man accused of stalking her.
According to The Associated Press, Uma told how the man in question had sent threatening emails to her parents and described a card he'd sent her.
They say she also told how the accused, Jack Jordan, had tried to get into her trailer while she was filming on set in November 2005 filming My Super Ex-Girlfriend.
Uma told the court: "I was completely freaked out. It was almost like a nightmare - it was scary."
The card which she spoke of was believed to have the words "chocolate, mouth, soft, kissing" and apparently also said: "My hands should be on your body at all times."
The defendant, Jack, has been charged with stalking and aggravated harassment, reports The Associated Press. He's also believed to have arrived at her house on one occasion.
His lawyer is quoted as saying Uma's testimony was "a little overdone and exaggerated. I'm not saying she's acting, but reactions are unreasonable."
An email Jack also allegedly sent to Uma's parents made reference to her children, of which Uma said in court: "I don't think any mother or parent would want a stranger to fixate on their children, and fixate on them not existing. That was terrifying to me."
