Hollywood star Val Kilmer caused a spot of bother when he fancied some after-hours fun in London last week.
The actor formerly known as Batman decided to head for lap-dancing club Stringfellows after coming off stage in the West End, where he's starring in The Postman Always Rings Twice.
But when the car he'd ordered to take him there didn't show up, he just couldn't wait any longer... and asked a total stranger in the street outside to drive him instead.
The mystery motorist duly obliged, but unfortunately Val forgot to tell anyone else where he was going... and all hell broke loose once his car did show up.
A source told The Mirror: "Val's aides were going bananas. It was after midnight and they didn't know what had happened to him."
It wasn't until the driver rang Val's assistant at home that she managed to track him down.
According to Peter Stringfellow, the star's a regular at the club.
"He's been in before but we never know until after he's gone because he's always wearing disguises," he said. "Last time he had a beard on."
