There’s nothing we like more than to chew the fat - and thin - with celebs.

And Vicky Binnssome topics really get their gums flapping. 

So when we bumped into Vicky Binns we knew just what would get the conversational juices flowing...

Her truly astounding weight loss.

Yep, Vicky is a shadow of her former self and has even brought out an exercise DVD to show the rest of us how she did it.

And the Corrie girl just couldn’t stop gushing.

She told Sky Showbiz: "It’s been brilliant.

"I was overweight and depressed and I decided to do the video and in four months it completely changed my life, it was great.

"I still do the tape and keep it up - I watch myself doing my own video, which is a bit sad.

"The important thing is rather than hating the way you look, change it into something positive and do something about it.

"I feel more confident and it makes me want to keep it up."

But she isn’t the only soap star to go through a dramatic mini-fying.

She added: "Natalie Cassidy and I both did the same thing and brought out an exercise DVD and have been doing the same circuit so we’ve met a few times.

"We’ve chatted about our weight loss and how nice it is to be able to buy more clothes.

"She looks really great."

Talk about an inspiration - good for you, Vicky.
