The show brought us Tom Selleck, magnificent moustache and all... although our younger readers may be more familiar with Tom as Monica's ex, Richard, in Friends...
So, will it be handsome, lovely George... or, erm, handsome, lovely Vince?
What a tough choice - we're certainly torn.
George has been favourite for a while now... but a source close to the film has said:
"The scriptwriter is Rawson Marshall Thurber, who wrote Dodgeball, and there are several other guys on the Magnum movie with connections to Vince.
"George is still favourite but, as time goes by, Vince's name will be thrown up more and more."
The Hawaii setting, the Ferrari, the chopper, the mansion...
It sounds like a whole lot of fun.
As for who gets the gig, we'll just have to wait and see.
