The couple have been spotted together recently, but he has been overheard saying the old "we're just good friends" line, reports The Mirror.

They hooked up while filming their new movie The Break Up - and were seen getting close on a beach last month.

But the paper claims that at the world premiere of his latest movie Wedding Crashers, Vince told pals they are both very much single.

He said: "We're making a film together, man.

"Jennifer's a sweet girl but she is very vulnerable right now and has been through a really hard time.

"I know people would love it if we were dating, but we're not.

"She doesn't need to cry on my shoulder."

And Vince was clearly a little shocked by some British girls at the party at London's Trendy Titanic bar.

He later told the paper: "British women are hot - you guys are so open-minded.

"I have had one or two shocking suggestions but I'm not going to tell you."
