Vince Vaughn is taking legal action against three newspapers for making him out to be a love cheat.
The problem lies with pictures which allegedly show him kissing a mystery woman in London earlier in October.
The Break-Up star is suing The Sun, the Daily Mirror and the New York Post.
He is furious that each publication made it look as if he was being unfaithful to his current love, Jennifer Aniston.
The photos were printed earlier in October after Vince attended an event at the Old Vic Theatre.
The actor's lawyers, Schillings, insist the claims that he was passionately embracing the woman in question are false.
