They've dated for what seems like forever.
And now Brian McFadden and Delta Goodrem are officially engaged.
Brian popped the question to the Aussie songstress, and their spokesperson has now verified the news, saying:
"The couple were hoping to keep the news private, however they feel it is important to now confirm the exciting news."
The statement was released following rumours that Delta had turned down Brian's proposal.
Brian and Delta got together in 2004, following the breakdown of Brian's marriage to Kerry Katona.
They released a duet, Almost Here, in January 2005 and are currently shacked up together in Australia.
On the sleeve of her self-titled album, Delta paid tribute to her now fiance, writing:
"You (Brian) made me believe again in life, love, music, and to be the best person and therefore the best artist I can be.
"Every dream I have, we're standing side by side, we laugh, we sing, we cry."
Sounds like match made in heaven to us.
