Sources close to the former Baywatch star say she plans to tie the knott within the next month.
And the lucky man in question?
The one and only Rick Salomon, better known for his starring role in Paris Hilton's infamous sex tape, 1 Night In Paris.
Well at least you can't fault the man's business credentials.
But we wonder whether this particular facet of Rick's personality willl be making it into the wedding speeches?
Either way, seems Pammy's chuffed with the forthcoming nuptials and has apparently already got herself a licence to wed.
Pam has yet to confirm the marriage itself, but has said that she's engaged to a poker player - which Rick just happens to be.
She's also had words to say about ex-hubby Kid Rock, and his claims about being left alone to look after Pam's two children during their four-month marriage.
On her website, Pam said: "Everyone knows I'm a great mom. He's bitter. I don't want to battle with him. But I'd hate to point out the habits I had a hard time with."
Ouch. Sounds like Kid had better mind his Ps and Qs from now on...
