Because, let's face it, no bride wants to be overshadowed on their big day.

In our opinion, the only thing to do would be to make her a bridesmaid and pop her in a revolting peach, flouncy number - of the most unflattering variety possible.
However, Primal Scream's Bobby Gillespie and his new wife, Katy England, allowed Kate to come along to their wedding as a regular guest - in her own clobber.
