Who Is Kate's New Man?

So when we heard conflicting reports of Kate Hudson's new boyf, we got all hot and bothered.

First of all, we heard that Kate had been spotted having a romantical dinner with Heath Ledger, at the Beatrice Inn, New York.

But her spokesperson soon put paid to those rumours, saying: "This is absolutely untrue. They ran into each other and chatted briefly, but that was the extent of it."

So far, so no goss.

But then, joy of joys, a little birdy told us that Kate had been seen sharing a tongue sarnie with another hunky chap at a Halloween party, just a couple of days after her divorce from Black Crowes frontman Chris Robinson was finalised.

Orlando BloomBut our gossip-fuelled joy soon turned to despair when we heard the recipient of Kate's snogarama was none other than our very own Orlando Bloom.

An insider told OK! magazine: "Kate and Orlando were talking, drinking and laughing.

"Then they just started going at it. They made out for ages and looked like they were really enjoying themselves. They didn't care who was watching.

"After that first make-out session, they walked around and talked to everyone as a couple. They were inseparable for the rest of the night."

Sometimes, the truth hurts. So in a bid to salve our aching hearts, we are hereby trying to convince ourselves this is all nowt more than scandalmongering.
