That Katie Holmes is knotching herself up some very A-list best mates.
First it's Posh and now a fellow Hollywood star - but she's an unlikely candidate.
Why? Because this person is someone Katie's man, Tom Cruise, cheesed off in a rather big way.
The lady in question is Brooke Shields.
Brooke has recently become close to Katie, despite her public row with Tom Cruise over her use of anti-depressants.
Ms Shields admitted to taking the medication to treat her post natal depression after the birth of her daughter Rowan in 2003.
Tom criticised her for this, but has since apologised for his comments.
Katie gave birth to her and Tom's daughter Suri on the same day as Brooke had her second daughter Grier, and at the same hospital in LA.
And Brooke told US entertainment show Access Hollywood that they are "absolutely" friends.
Just like girlie best mates, they even got together to watch the premiere of Grey's Anatomy - of which they are both huge fans - in Brooke's living room back in September.
And Brooke is as surprised as anyone by her newfound friendship: "You never know how life is going to bring people together," she said.
