R&B star Usher takes his fashion tips from England football captain David Beckham.
The singer says Beckham, who plays club football for Real Madrid, is at the top of his most fashionable men list.
And he hopes checking out Beckham's threads will rub off.
Teen Hollywood quotes Usher, 26, as saying: "He is one of the guys I have always recognised for his unique style.
"I put him in my league of extraordinary gentlemen.
"He has a great demeanour about him and it speaks through his clothes as well as his choice of jewellery.
"He is the smartest gentleman to me," he concluded.
Usher recently set up a charity in the US to help disadvantaged children to strive for careers in sports or entertainment.
David Beckham, meanwhile, is appearing at the Live 8 concert in London's Hyde Park next month to introduce Robbie Williams.
