But don't go hating on Flick, she upset Jess for her own good - to help her develop as an actress, dahling.
Jess revealed the Desperate Housewives star trained her at the Atlantic Theatre Company:
"Felicity was very hard on me. She's a tough cookie, that one.
"I just remember her making me cry because I didn't prepare a scene right, or I didn't talk loud enough."
That's tough love, kids.
